他請你先打開WHM讓他們能連入
[*]Navigate in WHM to "Grant cPanel Support Access" in the lefthand navigation bar.
[*]Select "Log in to cPanel Customer Portal".
[*]Enter your login credentials used at https://tickets.cpanel.net.
[*]Find your open ticket from the populated list in the WHM interface.
[*]Select "Grant" to add your ticket's unique SSH key to your server allowing us to log in to your server.
他連入後做了以下動作
In checking on this further, I found that there was an issue with the server's task queue, I have reset this, restarted the service and then rebuilt/restarted Apache and you should be all set now. 弄好能打開了又出現MYSQL沒有權限
刪除該帳戶並新增
重新加入MYSQL
最後網站還是打不開
到該帳戶CPANEL找了一下LOG訊息，
發現沒有權限讀取檔案
最後到FTP下修改public_html目錄權限成755即可
