彩椒芹菜炒蝦仁

彩椒(紅色、黃色各一個)
蝦(是前一天白灼吃剩的),用新鮮蝦或冷凍蝦仁均可
芹菜(也是前一天用剩的)
調料:
鹽、雞精
做法:
(1)彩椒洗淨切成條狀
(2)蝦去頭剝皮
(3)芹菜切段
(4)熱鍋下油,油熱後先放入彩椒翻炒
(5)炒一會後放一點點鹽調味(我喜歡分開調味)
(6)加入芹菜一起翻炒
(7)放雞精調味
(8)最後把蝦仁放入翻炒片刻即可
