步驟二、把土豆泥做成圓柱狀

步驟三、把做好的土豆泥按乾澱粉、雞蛋液、麵包糠的順序分别滾均勻。

步驟四、然後逐個放入油鍋炸,一面炸至金黃色後翻面,兩面炸好後就可以了。
