美極燒大蝦 MAGGI Grilled King Prawns

材料: 大蝦2隻芫荽1棵(切碎) Ingredients 2 big prawns 1 stalk coriander (chopped finely)
調味: 調味料美極鮮醬油2茶匙蒜茸3湯匙牛油10克(室溫待溶)胡椒粉少許 Seasonings 2 tsp MAGGI Seasoning 3 tbsp minced garlic 10g butter (melt in room temperature) pinch of pepper
備註: 份量:1人 Serves 1 小貼士 Tips 以美極鮮醬油醃製的海鮮,以烤焗方法來烹調,除了令海鮮鮮味撲鼻而來外,入口時鮮味會更突出。 Grilled or baked seafood marinated with MAGGI Seasoning not only smell wonderful but also taste delicious.

做法: 簡介
1. 先將大蝦洗淨,抹乾,於背部縱切開,釀入拌勻調味料於蝦肉上。
2. 將大蝦放入鋪了錫紙的焗盤上,放入已預熱至200℃的焗爐內焗約10分鐘,取出,灑上芫荽碎,即成。

Procedures
1. Wash prawns. Pat dry. Slit back of prawns. Fill with mixed seasonings.
2. Place big prawns in baking tray lined with aluminium foil. Put into oven preheated to 200°C. Grill for 10 minutes.Take out. Sprinkle chopped coriander over. Serv
