三杯雞 Three-Cup Chicken Taiwanese Style

材料: 材料雞膇(切件) 2隻薑(切片) 60克蒜頭(切片) 6粒紅辣椒(去籽,切段) 1隻紫蘇葉(切碎) 3片油 200毫升 Chicken drumstick (chopped into pieces) 2 Ginger (sliced) 60g Garlic (sliced) 6 cloves Red chilli (deseed and cut into sections) 1 Basil leaf (chopped) 3 pieces Oil 200ml
調味: 調味料美極鮮醬油 4湯匙米酒 5湯匙麻油 4湯匙糖 2湯匙 Seasonings MAGGI Seasoning 4 tbsp Rice Wine 5 tbsp SSesame oil 4 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp
備註: 份量4人 Serves 4 小貼士 烹調任何肉類時若配上美極鮮醬油作調味,能令肉汁增添不少鮮味。Tips All meat dishes will tadte better with the addition of MAGGI Seasoning.


做法: 簡介 :
1. 雞膇泡油至轉色,瀝油,備用。
2. 燒熱 11/2 湯匙油,下薑片、蒜片及辣椒爆香,然後下雞膇及調味料,以大火煮滾後,再以慢火燜煮10分鐘至汁微乾,上碟,撒上紫蘇葉碎,即成。

1. Soak chicken drumsticks in hot oil until colour changes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil. Stir-fry ginger slices, garlic and chilli until fragrant. Add chicken drumsticks and seasonings. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and braise for 10 minutes until sauce dries up a little. Transfer to plate. Sprinkle basil leaves. Serve.
