冬天就是要來一鍋最棒酸菜白肉鍋

今天做的是從小吃到大的酸菜白肉鍋,去年在美國做過一次,用的是德國酸菜,味道也很棒,這次用超市買的傳統酸白菜,先爆香新香料、再炒酸白菜、最後再熬湯,搭配煮過的帶皮五花肉切成薄片,熬出來的湯汁溫潤微酸順口,的薄薄的五花肉片嫩而不肥~最喜歡的是在土鍋裡加了兩把冬粉,吸飽了酸白菜湯汁,超級好吃,吃上這一碗整個身體都暖起來了,酸酸的也好開胃!淘金娛樂城
