異國風情-黑檸檬蘋果雞湯

第一次接觸這新奇的食材---瓜地馬拉黑檸檬。原來它是透過日曬且發酵熟成九十天的傳統工法,完整保存營養的發酵檸檬。
最普遍的食用方法是泡茶。想想茶湯也可燉雞,就運用各式香料來搭配,冬天裡來一鍋熱騰騰的黑檸檬蘋果雞湯吧!
