材料:
苦瓜兩條、青蒜數條、五花肉随意多少、薑兩片

苦瓜去瓤拍鬆切厚塊、青蒜切段、花肉切一口一塊的方塊。

用壓力鍋。花肉加老抽生抽冰糖花椒薑片和適量水,煮滾加閥,我家壓力鍋壓力不強,壓15分鐘(不宜壓太軟爛!),減壓後開蓋加苦瓜大火煮到苦瓜熟(喜歡苦瓜軟爛的煮長點時間否則煮熟即可),加青蒜煮至熟透。
