媽媽的炸排排

將買來的大排洗淨然後用刀背將肉的兩面拍打,將其筋打斷這樣肉質會比較嫩
然後用黃酒、生粉、鹽將肉約一下

然後開始調麵糊,放入麵粉、咖喱粉、鹽、雞精少許的糖再拍入一個雞蛋攪勻

將油溫燒熱,放入大排炸至金黃色既可出鍋裝盤啦
