香油煎蝦餅

海蝦8兩、馬蹄10個肥豬肉小半塊。

做法:
1.海蝦洗淨擦乾剝殼剁蓉,加馬蹄、肥肉煮熟後加入蝦肉中一起剁也可分開剁後加入。

2.材料剁好後加半個蛋清、少許胡椒粉、生抽兩大匙、鹽小半匙、生粉麻油拌勻(記得往同一方向攪拌起膠)

3.拌好後下鍋小火煎,喜歡味道清淡的用蒸的也可以,但煎的會香些,因爲海蝦肉較粗,用基圍蝦就怎麽弄都可以。
