CPANEL CentOS7 outlook 2013 smtp 外寄伺服器無法驗證

新伺服器環境是CentOS 7
剛安裝了Cpanel後
發現mail無法用 outlook 寄出
發現是server smtp無法驗證
如下圖




這時無法寄信，但是可以收信
很困擾，所以找了古歌
outlook出現錯誤訊息
Error 0x800CCC80 in Outlook Email Client
這時進入WHM
WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor >> click on Security
把這段關閉即可
Require clients to connect with SSL or issue the STARTTLS command before they are allowed to authenticate with the server
