Dear Ms. Ma,
I must inform you we plan to stop production of our AC3060 digital workstation in December of this year because of problems with the product. There are several reasons for our decision.
First, the AC3060 lacks certain key features that customers demand, such as a USB connection port. Second, we recognize that the technology the AC3060 represents has become out-of-date in light of developments in recording technology. Third, recurring problems with some units have resulted in an unacceptably high number of products being returned for repair.
As a result of these factors, we have decided to replace the AC3060 with the AC4000, a much superior product with enhanced features and functionality that is now in production.
